Intention Jars
Most orders ship for $10–$65, depending on the destination and the weight of the package. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Because all items are handmade to order, please allow 2–4 weeks for creation and processing before your order ships. Quality and intention take time and care. For items approved for exchange or store credit, customers are responsible for all return-shipping costs, including any insurance needed for the package in transit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds; however, we do provide exchanges or store credit when approved. If your return request is accepted, you will receive either a store credit or an exchange—based on the option agreed upon at the time of approval. All exchange items follow our standard production timeline of 2–4 weeks, as each piece is handmade with care.
